All referrals are paid 180 days after the referred has begun the assignment. In order for a candidate to be credited as your referral, the name, phone number and email address of the potential candidate must be supplied to the Nixsol Inc. recruiting team. Our recruiting team will then check our database to ensure that Nixsol Inc. has not been in contact with the candidate referred for the past six months. If the referred candidate has not been in contact with Nixsol Inc. within this time frame, then you are eligible for the referral bonus!
